Daylight Savings Time

It is that time of year again.  Lose an hour of sleep in order to enjoy an extra hour or so of daylight at the end of the day. It is a love hate relationship.

What is it about losing that hour of sleep.  The first week of the time change does affect a persons circadian rhythm.  Personally, I have to have one to two extra cups of coffee in order to function.  Until then, the brain is in a fog.  I seem to grope for things and not reach them.  Once the caffeine kicks in, watch out as I am a person on a mission. 

At the end of the day I am zonked but do like the extra hour or so of daylight.
