The day of the move everything started at 8:30 a.m. It took two trucks and five workers to load everything onto two trucks and have it unloaded by 3:30 p.m. Talk about cramming things into this rental house. Luckily the living room and kitchen is good size but the bedrooms are a little smaller. The garage is bursting at the seams. Two bedrooms are stacked with mattresses, bed frames, head boards and boxes.

Now the truly hard part is ahead of us. Not only finding what we need in all of those boxes but settling on a builder and starting the build. The building process will not start until the spring. It was fun the last time we did it nineteen years ago. Hopefully the same enthusiasm and getting the job done attitude will be present this time around.
Hey pal, great blog. I am taking a year at SNU starting this august, so I ended up searching for blogs on life at SNU. I found your blog very amusing to read and ended up reading all of it(it takes a long time) as procrastination during the exam period. Your language is fun to read, and your look on life in Korea was interesting for a guys who is planning to live there for a year.
ReplyDeleteAnyways, thanks for a great blog, and I will continue to follow it.

What a great opportunity! I was just reading an article a few weeks ago about some of his work in AZ (I think) and it was so interesting. He really was ahead of his time and so innovative. Thanks for sharing Mandi.
